I checked this audiobook out from the library shortly after I began driving to Baltimore a few days a week for work, mostly because the book was long and available without a wait. I don’t love the way Larson paces his narratives, and his attempt to heighten the dramatic tension by telling the story in a single timeline from multiple locations fell a bit flat for me.
